Ideal for groups of 10 or more friends, families, or colleagues seeking a vetted home base (hotel/resort/villa) for a shared adventure where all logistics and details are expertly managed for a seamless and unforgettable group experience.
Ideal for clients of our Explorer, Globetrotter, and Odyssey tiers who wish to enhance their existing package with additional services.
Add-Ons & Fees:
- Airfare Reservations: A service fee of 10% of the total ticket price (with a minimum of $50 per person) to add flights to your package.
- Additional Revisions: A fee of $25 per revision to accommodate changes beyond your package's complimentary revisions.
- Additional Calls: A fee of $25 per call for any calls beyond those included in your package.
- Additional Days: A fee of $25 per additional day(s) beyond those included in your package.
- Paper Documents: A fee of $50 per package to print and ship physical copies of your travel documents.
Navigator - A La Carte Services
Ideal for travelers who prefer to handle most of the planning themselves but want to leverage our expertise for specific bookings or tasks.
Services:
- Cruise & Escorted Tour Bookings: A service fee of $100 per booking to find, book, and manage your reservation on an existing cruise or escorted tour. We'll leverage our industry connections to secure the best rates, cabin/room, and exclusive perks where available.
- Airfare Reservations: A service fee of 10% of the total ticket price (with a minimum of $50 per person) to secure, confirm, and manage your flight reservations.
- Custom Itinerary Creation: A fee of $150 per person for a custom, detailed itinerary for a trip you've planned yourself. Up to 14 days and 3 destinations. Includes choice of 2 hotels in each destination, activity recommendations, excursion recommendations and city guides.
- Itinerary Review: A one-time consultation fee of $100 to review a self-booked itinerary and offer expert advice and suggestions.
Ideal for travelers who have specific travel needs and either want to add on to one of our packages or interested in our a la carte services.
How Works
it
Inquire
The first step towards creating your dream vacation is to complete our inquiry form. Once I've received your form, we will reach out to schedule your intake call. To reduce the risk of missing an important message, I do not accept inquiries via social media or text message.
Consultation
After receiving your inquiry form, I will send you an email with a link to schedule your complimentary call. During this call, you will select the planning option that best suits your needs and we will review our services. Once the invoice for the selected option is paid, we will begin creating your proposal.
Proposal
We’ll combine takeaways from our intake call with our expertise and global connections to create a proposal option for you to review. Timely and thorough feedback is paramount during this phase to secure the components you desire and deserve!
Review & Book!
Once you approve your proposal, you will be invoiced for the deposit amount. Deposits and due dates are dependent on the proximity to the trip, as well as the partner that the trip is booked through. During travel you'll have access to in-country support, as well as myself through WhatsApp.
